Custom Clocks allows you to have multiple clocks that you can modify down to the second. With this, you can set each individual clocks to any number of hours, minutes, and seconds away from your local time or GMT. Furthermore, you can choose to have 24-hour time on individual clocks or even toggle Daylight Savings off.
